From Fast-Track Move-In to Seamless Expansion

Phase 1 (2024): A three-week move-in
When RPT Alliance relocated its headquarters within Houston, it needed a modern, efficient workspace on an accelerated timeline. The client came in with a clear vision, and OFC's space planning team quickly turned it into detailed floor plans and renderings ready for immediate approval.

To hit a three-week deadline, OFC blended remanufactured, pre-owned, and quick-ship products. We fast-tracked production of 60 remanufactured Knoll workstations, sourced 60 like-new pre-owned Herman Miller Aeron task chairs, and drew on a trusted manufacturer's quick-ship program for three conference tables and 28 conference chairs. RPT kept its existing private office furniture, and delivery and installation were completed on schedule without disrupting the move. The approach kept costs in check while diverting high-quality furniture from the landfill.

Phase 2 (2026): Growing into another floor
About a year and a half later, RPT Alliance was growing and ready to build out an additional floor, and they wanted it to match the space OFC had delivered the first time. Because we had the original specifications on file, we could carry the same look forward: 60 more remanufactured Knoll workstations, 82 additional pre-owned Aeron task chairs, four more conference tables, and 21 conference chairs. Phase 2 also added new collaboration and training areas, with nine training tables and chairs, four round meeting tables, and 46 guest chairs.

The result is one cohesive workspace across floors, even though it was built in two separate phases. RPT Alliance's return reflects what we aim for on every project: get it right the first time, and be ready when the client is ready to grow.
