What is remanufactured furniture?

Remanufactured furniture is premium office furniture rebuilt to like-new condition. At OFC, we specialize in Knoll Currents and Morrison systems, restoring every detail with new fabrics, finishes, and laminate worktops for the same performance, appearance, and durability as new—at a fraction of the cost.

What’s the difference between remanufacturing and refurbishing?

Refurbishing means light updates like cleaning or new upholstery. Remanufacturing is a full rebuild process—disassembly, inspection, replacement of parts, and refinishing—so products meet original manufacturer standards.

What are your typical lead times?
    • Pre-owned/in-stock: within days
    • Remanufactured/custom: 4–6 weeks
    • Millwork/casegoods: 4–8 weeks, depending on materials and scope
Can you really promise 40–50% savings over new?

Yes. On large-scale projects—especially when outfitting entire offices with remanufactured Knoll systems—clients often achieve up to 40–50% savings compared to new pricing when in competition against A-grade systems like Knoll, Herman Miller, Steelcase, or Haworth. This represents the best-case savings when scope and quantities align.

Warranty

Do remanufactured products include warranties?

Yes. OFC remanufactured products include a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship when installed by OFC or an authorized team.

Where can I find your warranty and return policy?

Warranty details are available on our website and included in every sales order.

    • Remanufactured – Limited Lifetime Warranty
    • Pre-Owned (As-Is) – 90-day limited warranty (functionality only)
    • Refurbished Chairs – Replacement with the same or equivalent model
    • New Products – Covered by manufacturer’s warranty
    • OFC Millwork – 3-year limited warranty

Working with Us

Do you buy used office furniture?

We purchase high-quality, commercial-grade brands such as Knoll in larger quantities (whole offices, cubicle sets, etc.). Our focus is on premium brands and larger projects. Smaller quantities or residential-grade items are best suited for local resale platforms or donation to nonprofits and churches.

Do you offer custom furniture or millwork?

Yes. In addition to new, pre-owned, and remanufactured furniture, OFC builds custom millwork in-house. From reception desks and conference tables to case goods and specialty items, our millwork team delivers tailored solutions with a 3-year limited warranty.

What finishes, fabrics, and colors are available?

We offer a wide selection of laminates, veneers, and fabrics. Customers may also provide COM (Customer’s Own Material) or COL (Customer’s Own Leather) for a fully customized solution.

Do you provide delivery and installation?

Yes. OFC manages turnkey delivery, installation, relocation, and logistics with our in-house teams and trusted nationwide partners.

Does my existing furniture have value?

Yes, if it is a recognized commercial brand in good condition and in larger quantities. Generic or smaller quantities generally do not have resale value, and we guide customers toward donation or resale options.
