From Auto Dealership to Resimercial-Inspired Office

Transforming an auto dealership into a polished office environment required creativity, precision, and collaboration. The Brokerage, Inc. partnered with interior designer Anne Kniffen of Anne Kniffen Company to bring the vision to life. The client’s goal was to achieve a designer-specified, high-end look that is often associated with long lead times and high costs, while embracing a resimercial* design style that balances residential comfort with workplace function.

By working hand-in-hand with Anne, OFC was able to translate her specifications into reality—sourcing from a broad range of manufacturers, procuring the right furniture, and incorporating our CONNECT Series custom millwork to support the overall design aesthetic.

Although OFC is headquartered in Houston, that did not stop us from sending our signature concierge-style delivery and installation services to Dallas, ensuring the project was completed with the same smooth, professional finish our clients expect locally. The final space blends resimercial comfort with industrial flair, exceeding expectations for both the client and the designer.
