Creating a new Houston hub for Point Global Logistics, an international logistics firm, meant balancing practical needs with polished design, all on a fast-moving timeline. OFC combined remanufactured, new, and pre-owned furniture to meet the requirements of functional workstations, private offices, and a welcoming employee lounge, plus the flexibility needed for future growth.

From the start, OFC partnered directly with the client to align occupancy goals, aesthetics, and budget. Using detailed 2D space plans and 3D renderings, a clear vision of their future office was presented, enabling fast, confident decisions. With the timeline as a top priority, our design team specified the right products upfront, strategically selecting quick-ship options and OFC’s remanufactured Knoll workstations. This approach guaranteed installation within four weeks of the order—delivering speed without sacrificing quality.

Midway through the project, the client realized they had underestimated their storage needs. Rather than slowing down the process, OFC quickly adapted, adding remanufactured Knoll filing solutions. These pieces not only provided top-tier durability and performance but also supported sustainability goals through waste diversion and reuse, all while keeping costs in check.

The installation itself required additional coordination, as all second-floor furniture needed to be stair carried. OFC’s experienced team handled the challenge smoothly, demonstrating our ability to tackle even complex site conditions without delays.
