Return Policy
Because much of our furniture is remanufactured, refurbished, or made to order, all sales are final once an order is accepted, unless otherwise stated in writing.
If a return is requested, it must be approved in advance and may be subject to restocking fees. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging within the timeframe specified by OFC.
Custom, refurbished, and special-order items are nonreturnable.
This policy applies to non-defective products only.
If your product experiences a defect in materials or workmanship, please refer to our Warranty Policy, which governs repair or replacement under manufacturer coverage.
