Below is a summary of the warranty coverage provided by Office Furniture Connection (OFC) for different categories of products. Our goal is to ensure clarity and transparency in the support we provide our valued customers.
Remanufactured Office Furniture Warranty
OFC provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser of OFC remanufactured products. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, provided the furniture was installed by OFC or an authorized installer.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, modifications, abuse, neglect, or damage caused by environmental conditions (e.g., water, humidity, fire).
Pre-Owned (As-Is) Furniture Warranty
All OFC pre-owned furniture is sold As-Is with a 90-day limited warranty. This warranty covers basic functionality but does not extend to cosmetic wear or minor imperfections. After 90 days, no further coverage applies.
Refurbished Chair Warranty
For OFC refurbished chairs, if a product fails under normal use, OFC will replace it with the same model or a comparable equivalent. This warranty ensures peace of mind on essential seating products.
New Furniture Warranty
All new furniture sold by OFC is covered exclusively by the original manufacturer’s warranty. OFC will assist customers in facilitating claims with the manufacturer as needed.
OFC Millwork Warranty
OFC custom millwork products are covered by a 3-year limited warranty against defects in materials, design, or workmanship. This coverage applies to the original purchaser under normal use conditions.

Exclusions: Damage from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or environmental exposure are not covered.
Warranty Claims Process
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase, description of the issue, and photos when applicable. OFC will determine if the product qualifies under warranty coverage. If service is required outside warranty terms, OFC may provide repairs at $50/hour plus parts.
